Is this a real Nadi reading, or is it computer generated?
It is a real reading from a physical palm leaf. Your leaf is searched for by hand in the library, a reader recites from it in Tamil in a live Zoom session, and our moderator translates for you as it happens. Nothing is generated: you receive the recording of the session and a photograph of the leaf your reading came from.
What if my palm leaf cannot be found?
Not every leaf is found on the first search. If yours cannot be found, you receive a 100% refund — that promise is part of The MyNadiLeaf Standard, in writing.
How do you take my thumbprint online?
You do not need a scanner. After you book, your personal coordinator contacts you within one working day and shows you how to send a clear photo of your thumbprint by WhatsApp or email. Your thumbprint, your gender and your country of birth are all the libraries need to begin the search.
In which language will my reading be?
You choose: English, Tamil or Hindi. The reader recites from the leaf in Tamil, and our moderator translates live for you throughout the session.
How long does a session take?
It depends on your leaf and the chapters read — readings are unhurried and never cut short. Your coordinator will tell you what to plan for when your appointment is confirmed.
Do I get a recording?
Yes. The full session is recorded and delivered to you afterwards, together with a photograph of your leaf. Both are shared with you alone.
Is my reading private?
Completely. Your session is one-to-one — only you, the reader and your moderator are present, and your details are never passed to anyone outside our team.
